5. Competitive Team Commitments & Payments
Participation in a Cruizers Academy Competitive Team (NorCal Premier or equivalent level) constitutes a season-long financial and participation commitment.
By accepting a roster spot and signing the registration or commitment form, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Your child’s participation is for the entire competitive season (typically August–July).
- The team’s total annual budget — including coach fees, league registration, referees, tournaments, uniforms, and field costs — is divided equally among all rostered players.
- If a player chooses to leave, transfers, or stops participating before the season ends, the parent or guardian remains financially responsible for the entire annual amount assigned to their player’s share of the team budget.
- This policy ensures fairness to all families and protects the club and other players from financial burden.
- No refunds or prorated credits will be issued for voluntary withdrawal, suspension, or dismissal from the team.
In cases of injury or special hardship, Cruizers Academy may, at its discretion, review exceptions or payment plans on a case-by-case basis.
6. Recreational Program Refund Policy
A player who drops after signing up for the Cruizers Soccer League but before training begins may be eligible for a refund of any payments made in excess of 50% of the total player’s dues.
After the start of training, no refunds will be granted to any player who drops prior to the end of their season commitment.
This policy ensures that fixed costs such as field rentals, uniforms, and staffing commitments are covered once the season preparation begins.
